QUETTA: Member Board of Governors of Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF), Majid Chaudhary yesterday said that resolving overseas Pakistanis problems was government’s top priority. According to a statement issued here, he said this during meetings with different government officials. Additional Secretary S&GAD Abdul Wahid Kakar, Senior MBR Dr. Shoaib Gola, Additional IG Police Manzoor Sarwar Chaudary, Regional Director FIA Altaf Hussain and Regional Director Passport Office Abdul Wadood Khan met with Majid Chaudhry.
While discussing various issues, Majid Chaudary highlighted the struggle and contributions of overseas Pakistanis living in different countries. He stressed that the government agencies must resolve their issues on priority basis.
“According to directions of Prime Minister, Imran Khan, overseas Pakistanis are being provided all facilities in the country”, he said.
He also highlighted future plans of establishing housing and economic zones in larger cities of Balochistan including Quetta and Gwadar.
Regional Head, OPF Balochistan, Abdul Sami Khan, Assistant Director Raza Warsi and Jahangir Ahmed were also present on the occasion.
