ILF celebrates Christmas with Christians at Holy Trinity Cathedral

KARACHI: The chairman, International Lawyers Forum (ILF), Nasir Ahmed Advocate has said that if Indian government cannot stop state oppressions in Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) and Kashmiris and other minorities of so-called secular state remain unable to perform their religious norms then Modi government should declared Kashmiris as “was prisoners” because loading, boarding, communication and other basic facilities and religious rights are given to war prisoners when any state occupied any territory in the world, the people of occupied territory declared as war prisoners according to Geneva Convention but after revocation of Article 370 and 35A not only over 90 million people of J&K have been facing world worst situation but after Citizenship Amendment Bill (CAB), the entire face has been uncovered of so-called secular state of India.
He was addressing to a large gathering at Holy Trinity Cathedral where dozens of ILF associates, senior and junior advocates, Christian and Muslims community officials were gathered to celebrate Christmas arranged by ILF to show the solidarity and close relations in between Christians and Muslims.
Nasir Ahmed Advocate demanded UNO, EU, SARC, OIC and other intentional organizations and NGOs to take action against Modi government and do practical struggle immediate restoration of Kashmiris and other Minorities of India.
On arrival at Church, Bishop Sadiq Daniel and his companions welcomed to the ILF delegation and presented flowers to all guests while a Christmas cake cutting ceremony was also held in Church and ILF delegation members wished Merry Christmas to all Christians of Pakistan as well as world.
Bishop Sadiq Daniel appreciated ILF’s contribution towards maintaining the mutual understanding and keep close relations between Muslims and Christians hence, he condemned Indian acts against all minorities especially people of J&K government and demanded all World Human Rights Activists to loud their voices for Indian minorities.
Sadiq Jarchuwi Advocate, Mumtaza Khattak Advocate, Ilyas Advocate, Abrar Advocate, Tehseen Manzoor Rajput Advocate, Zahid Mehmood Advocate, Zeeshan Ali Khowaja Advocate, Munawwar Khaskheli Advocate, Ms Bano Advocate, Muhammad Usman Advocate, Sajid Ali Advocate, Abbas Jafri Advocate, Basit Advocate, Ms Fazleen Advocate, Azmat Aslam Advocate, Shadaab Hussain Advocate and many others were presented on the occasion while the entire gathering appreciated ILF’s Coordinator Jamshed Ali Khowaja Advocate for arranging the event and facilitate participants.
